Possibly our new home....

So it seems like we have been trying to sell our home FOREVER! We love our neighborhood and would love to stay up here, but we have not been able to sell our home. Our realtor suggested a trade which looks like a good idea for us. There are a lot of people that are foreclosing on their homes, so instead of losing everything, they trade(buying each others home.) We just need to make sure that both of our offers agree.

    Hey LeAnn,
    The home is in Jacob's Mill so not far at all. I wish is was up here. We tried to work out a trade with one of the lot's by Pobanz's but nothing worked out. I need to come and visit you soon. I miss talking to you all the time. How are you guys doing?
    (oh yeah, are you supposed to answer people's comments on your own blog or theirs? I never know:))
