We finally have been making progress on our yard. Ron has been working hard this summer pulling weeds, picking up rocks, grading, pretending he knows what to do on a tractor, and building an underground trampoline frame. I was pretty surprised at how well the trampoline frame turned out. We bought a rectangular trampoline because Reese loves to jump and tumble, but we could not find a pre-made rectangular frame for the ground. Reese loves to go outside with Ron and pick up rocks and throw them in a pile. She also just likes to play in the dirt, which means she has been filthy most of the summer. We also had cement poured for a racquetball court and a sports court (Ron's idea). I am just so excited for grass. It's amazing how much work it takes to put a yard in. You really don't think about how grateful you are for a yard when you move into a house with a yard. I cannot wait to see Reese's and Sachi's face when they finally get to run on grass. The simple things in life:)
